Do you accept postal or phone orders?
Yes we can accept your orders over the phone and by post. We can accept credit cards over the phone and also cheques, bank drafts and postal orders via mail order. Call us for more details.
Do you accept PAYPAL?
Yes we have always used PAYPAL. Recent updates to the site mean that RBS is our new merchant interface but PAYPAL is still accepted through this and all you have to do is click the PAYPAL button when checking out.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes, our workshop in Loughguile, Co. Antrim has a small retail outlet where we always keep a stock of our hurls, sliotars and accessories. We're open daily from 8an to 5pm and on saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
Are you open late any evening?
During the season we usually open late at least one evening a week and details are usually on the site. If theres something in particular you need and cant make it to the shop during opening hours please call us and we'll do our best to accomodate you.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped by either Royal Mail or Fastway Couriers for UK/Ireland or DHL for Europe and the rest of the world and if in stock will be shipped the next day. Delivery with Fastway is normally 1 to 2 days and with Royal Mail 3 to 5 using small packets. DHL is a 1 to 2 day service to USA, Canada & Europe and 3 to 4 days to Austrailia & New Zealand (Note: Transtit times are based on deliveries to major cities. Outlying areas may take longer). Some bulky items may incur extra shipping charges but we will contact you in this event and you have the right to cancel your order.
